Conventional hydrogen peroxide production relies on the anthraquinone oxidation (AO) process, which is energy-intensive and dependent on fossil fuel feedstocks. This method not only has a significant carbon footprint but also involves transporting highly concentrated (up to 70%) H₂O₂ that is hazardous.

The Solution

Introducing On-Site Hydrogen Peroxide Generation via Electrochemical Oxygen Reduction Reaction

Our technology produces hydrogen peroxide directly from oxygen, water, and electricity, using caustic soda as a supporting salt that is not consumed in the reaction. The need for fossil fuels is eliminated and environmental impact is reduced in comparison with the conventional AO process.
